Some guy gave me ignorant service when trying to get help with my fine payments. Rude, toxic and terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with Jeff at this location. Jeff is extremely rude and unpleasant, he really shouldn't be working in our government. It's unfortunate that he is allowed to treat people so poorly. I've dealt with him on more than one occasion and each time the same miserable attitude, it's a shame that some feel it necessary to deflect their unhappiness onto others.
