I ordered deluxe flowers bouquet for my partner birthday. They got back to me that they don't have the right flowers and they have to use roses. They delivered six branch of yellow roses in a very simple arrangement.

Denying delivery orders at 10:30 in the morning..not even offering a different day, put it in a taxi, or anything. I've shopped here for over 13 years and I won't be anymore.
