I have been here today, there is not a reminder for appointment only, a lot of people pay the parking fee, just waste of time and money!

I wouldn't do this but just a outlook on the situation citizens face with gouvernment establishments. When arrived to the front of the building after a 40 minute drive was mer by the security guard he was Srilanken. Told me gotta call a number to book appointment so ended up calling waiting on a caller for 30 minutes finally she booked me arrive in 2 days later. When I arrived confronted by 2 muslim lady and a punjabi female lasy outside , it was shivering cold . 3 ADMINISTERS lady inside sitting g were all WHITE . Said I was not booked so I was very flustered and was not happy. I explained and then came out a security guard he was BROWN however seem 2 other security officers WHITE but stood inside the building he dodged every thing I explain even further told me do whatever and WRITE a review etc.... I had to leave again drive back 40 minutes away . I can tell you there were people waiting outside in the shivering cold and this poor treatment will last few more cold months . As a solution the question arises why dont these TEVENUE GEMETATING CORPORATE PROVIDE OUTDOOR HEATETS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE COLD AND SHIVERING UNABLE TO BREATH , WOULD THAT BE TO MUCH TO ASK AND SOECIALLY IN PANDEMIC. PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS LOWCLASS UNEDUCWTED UN EMPATHETIC ATTITUDE ISNT SPORICIATEF A very poor experience . Furthermore why did I engine to explain I encountered silent workforce discrimination. Brown staff outside working but WHITE STAFF INDOOR WORKING WAS VERT DOSTURBING TO SEE . Iam completely disappointed and sad about the entire lack of operations and tasicm in this BUILDING.

The supervisor to the manager is joke at this place I wish everyone good luck at this place they say Durham and York region is bad oh god this is the worst district to get in a situation in the justice of the peace doesn’t know how to work from during a pandemic you don’t know how to operate to computer a its joke of a place This what I was advised it you have one ticket during the pandemic good luck again

I attended one of the court rooms because I received a notice of a trial for a driving infraction. The judge was professional, thorough and fair. She reduced my fine and I proceeded to pay it at the ticket counter in the lobby. The system of getting an electronic ticket from counter 1, then waiting for your number to appear above one of the other counters is fair. HOWEVER during the busiest time of day: 1-3 pm why is there only FOUR counters available to assist when there are NINE counters that could be open and assisting the public? The wait was torturous, especially when my parking voucher is about to expire! I hope not to be back anytime soon!

I was there today I couldn't see my name on a list. A very nice officer came over and helped me. The prosecutor I spoke with very nice and nderstanding. Thank you for listening and hearing me.
