I recently had a legal case in landlord & tenant board and I can tell you that this legal firm has made me feel as a tenant that my rights should be respected and thought of. Although he could not give legal advice on the phone, he did not ask for money or a retainer for the information. The information he gave me was very helpful. He was very polite, to the point and professional. I will definitely call back if legal advice.
