The most rude and unprofessional staff here. I asked a question and the staff member looked at me shook her head and went back to what she was doing. Didn’t say one word, let alone ask if I needed help finding anything in the store. There was literally no other customers in the store, does it really take that much effort to provide any sort of customer service here?

Good selection of things and nice employees! If any kpop fans are interested, they don't have a sarah & tom selection but I did see a few albums! (BTS mots7, superm, monsta x)

So glad to have this shop close to my work. Great deals if you're a CD person as I am. Quite often kill my break just perusing through the titles and surprise myself by finding something I'd forgotten I was looking for, or something I once had on cassette/vinyl. Great selection of classic rock artists!

Very happy you are open. Hard to find Cds anywhere with good selection and my car only plays them lol. Customer service there is very good and relaxed. Keep stocking the rock and heavy metal cause I'm always browsing through those sections the most. Keep up the great work!

AMAZING selection of EVERYTHING. Staff is super friendly. Thank goodness this store is still around for awesome people like me to keep buying DVD's, CD's and Merch. Always liked Sunrise more than HMV cause Sunrise's prices don't gouge you.
