Has been 11 days since my order, 3 inquiry emails and still no reply, update or shipment arrival. Pretty bad service considering the price we are paying.
I was emailing with the account manager Lauren Cot about needed she was helpful but the order was messed up
Service so mediocre and disappointing quality. Too bad, I like to encourage Quebec design.
Deficient customer service ... Orders always late by several weeks ...
I love their design, but after buying an expensive and faulty product and a real hassle to have an exchange after weeks of calls and email. So disappointed.
