Terrible, firstly it is impossible to address anyone when you call be for information or to have our tax returns explained. We think we come across a voice box but not a big beep followed by nothing . The places are excruciating it smells like swamps. My spouse did his taxes down there and full of deduction to which he would have been entitled were not applied Anyway, 1 star is more than generous.

I have been a customer for several years, but since 2015, this place is worse than worse. Incredible processing time, bad information from the staff, loss of documents .....
