Disappointed by their lack of professionalism 1. Initially a long response time which worried me whether I should go elsewhere or not, I just wanted to have a confirmation of receptions and approximate deadlines. 2. Received a call almost 5-6 months later (Yesterday) advising that I should come to bring documents from a previous tax (2017). Knowing that my former accountant died before handing over the file to me. I then explained my dissatisfaction and incomprehension to this situation in a polite and respectful manner to their secretary, whom I would like to understand better. 3. The initial trip that I had confirmed was to sign the documents I authorized for my file, which we finally completed and emailed. And not a trip for papers from a previous tax that I would have simply asked to drop. (Small Value) 4. The next day (Today), I received a call from a somewhat provocative person who insisted on knowing who would have misinformed me, knowing that they had the file in hand and knowing who took care of it. charge of the case. She goes on and insists on having a name, in other words, politely calling me a liar. This was the first and last time I will do business with them.
