Hansel and Gretel Bakery

Claudia has been so great this entire process! We are so happy we chose this bakery as a vendor. I really recommend this bakery to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and customers. It's clear they prioritize their clients and for that, we are so grateful and will keep in mind for future recommendations. It's been amazing to have such a supportive, understanding vendor during COVID as we've had to change the date to accommodate our dream event. They're flexible and understanding, and during a time of great stress, have chosen to preserve the client relationship. We're really happy with the responsiveness, flexibility and compassion during this time.

Great Bakery everything is made daily and once done it's done. Muffins are moist and soft cookies are good only complaint is from my wife who feels the loafs (Banana chocolate and carrot ginger) are too dense. I would agree, but still delicious and moist enough. Highly recommended I have been here 4 times so far. Pumpkin goods in stock picked up a muffin and pumpkin cheesecake both amazing. Final comment is a plus on price. I feel everything is very reasonably priced.

Claudia helped me design my parents' 50th wedding anniversary cake. Not only was it beautiful but probably the tastiest cake I've had in a long time. Chocolate with hazelnut and a hint of mocha. Will be my go-to place for any cakes from now on. Would highly recommend!

Hansel and Gretel is just the best! I’m hooked on their ginger molasses cookies and my husband can’t get enough of their hazelnut bites. This summer my 4 year old daughter got stung by a wasp for the first time. I wanted to distract her and do something fun and she asked for one of Hansel and Gretel’s rainbow cookies (chocolate chip with M&Ms on top). We went there to find they had closed about ten minutes earlier. I was chatting with her about a Plan B when the owners came out and opened back up so she could get her cookie! My family won’t forget their kindness and my sad little girl was just delighted. She’s told everyone about how Hansel and Gretel opened up the bakery just for her! 💜

We have an excellent collaboration with Hansel and Gretel bakery for exquisite muffins and bannocks that are integrated in our fruit and baked gift baskets. Their products are delicious, always freshly baked and taste like "made at home". We tried their cookies, macaroons and chocolate strawberries and they are heavenly. Last but not least, Claudia and her team are always on top of the orders, managing orders placed in advance and in the last minute with precision and punctuality!
