Came here for the first time, was approached by an employee by the name of Gurjina. Extremely excellent service and was a pleasure to talk to.
10/10 food, quick and excellent service, managers were polite and fixed my order very quickly when I noticed a mistake. Love this location and will definitely be coming back here.
Friendly staff and good food. Got my order right during the lunch rush hour. Whomever was working at the first drive through around 1:30 today had exceptional customer service skills.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, received a bun and an overcooked patty. Thanks McDonald's! ðŸ˜
This location always has issues, but it's usually minor like a wrong flavour smoothie or getting fries in a happy meal when we requested apple slices (a mistake that happens regularly, to the delight of my 3 year old) but this newest mistake is so much more than a tiny oversight that I had to mention it.
This store is the best one in Maple Ridge. It is clean and the people are actually nice. The kids are working hard and handle difficult customers very respectfully.
The food doesn’t taste good at this location. I feel the stuff are not a great cooks at this restaurant.
Next time I am going to order at the other location in maple ridge
