Service has gone down hill recently. Especially if you try to use their kiosk or order online. With the kiosk make sure you take a photo of the confirmation as there is no receipt and they sometimes insist you have not placed an order. Same thing online, so I would still line up when you get there if your order isn’t up/on the screen to ask if their making it.
If they don’t have a record of your order just show them your receipt/order location and maybe mention your in a hurry as they had me stand there for 10 minutes while they talked to each other about the missing order before they just gave me my small hot chocolate.
You can also order something online/at the kiosk that they don’t have in stock/don’t serve at that time of day so you’ll need a refund
Had an order for 5. They read back my order twice. Still they forgot things. Turkey melts were burned black. New roast beef sandwich is very good.
By far the quickest of all the Tim Hortons drive thrus. I guess they must have to be as the line up can sometimes be around the block! Staff are friendly and restaurant is kept clean inside.
Great service 5 star keeping there chins up during a pandemic!
Nice interior and great staff but the drive through gets out of hand quickly leaving the entrance/exit blocked and backing onto the road!
The addition of a second lane for orders has been a good recipe for chaos not efficiency!
