Would whole heartedly not recommend this company. I was ordered flowers, a balloon, chocolates, and a stuffed animal for my birthday, which was November 11th. My delivery did not show up. It was supposed to be same-day delivery as they advertise on their website. Two days later on November 13th, they were marked as delivered- but to my surprise there were no flowers outside of my door. The one who purchased them for me called the company and said to check around outside so I did and again, there was nothing. They tried to call back again and customer service kept denying his call, and not bothering to answer. Only in the middle of calling for another few times did they suddenly show up at my door with my delivery, saying they threw in extra flowers for the delivery being late. You'd think "hey at least they're here" but then I saw how they came. I saw what they advertised versus what they actually delivered and I was shocked. The bouquet I was given was sparse, mostly unblossomed flowers. My chocolates and stuffed animal came in a WET AND SOGGY mostly crumpled gift bag with my name hastily written across it in Sharpie. The vase the flowers came in was tied with tacky balloon streamers. The note the person wrote for me was on two little cards the size of a business card, and was hastily written- not to mention ALSO soggy and bent and shoved in the middle of the bouquet. The balloon provided was a childs butterfly "happy birthday" balloon which in my opinion is hardly fitting for an adult, let alone a romantic gift.The presentation overall felt like it came from a dollar store- NOT a fancy floral company charging nearly $50-60 for a bouquet. I imagine I could've gone to the grocery store and bought 2 or 3 of their ten dollar bouquets and thrown them in a vase and it would have looked nicer. Note: I blurred my last name on the images, as well as the note that was written for me as it is personal. I just wanted to show that it was wet and didn't look good. Avoid this company!!
