This is what I thought I was sending vs. what they actually got.... super disappointing. Too expensive for such a cheap look. The box isn’t even sanded down and the bamboo isn’t even real??? It’s plastic sticks? Looks like nice rounded pebbles in the online image but looks like rocks from a parking lot in the actual arrangement.

I chose the option of allowing the florist to design the arrangement and received a stunning bouquet of pink, purple and white flowers intermingled with a variety of textured greenery to highlight them. Thankyou my sister was delighted!

Great florist. Really awful delivery man. Original post: The flowers were supposed to be delivered in the afternoon, but arrived at 10pm where the delivery guy didn't even buzz our intercom and left the flowers out front in the rain (in front of a 100+ residential complex) overnight. The flowers were wilted and half of the bouquet was dead when I picked them up the next morning. The bouquet was a gift from a friend and she paid extra for extra fresh flowers, and upset that they charged for something they did the opposite of. Update: upon letting the florist know, they kindly sent brand new flowers. Unfortunately, the delivery man this time dropped them with a neighbour (we live in a building with 100 units and do not know our "neighbours"), which ended up at my doorstep a day later. That delivery man has to go!

I cant believe all the negative feedback! Calm down people! Its Covid.. & they're just flowers and anyone who receives them will be more than happy PS try ordering a day or so BEFORE your actual event then you won't be disappointed! Received mine within the day (as ordered) actually more beautiful and impressive than the photos, more flowers and they dont smell like old chemically processed flowers most stores offer. Will be coming back again! Thank you so much my mother was speechless!

The owner, Sally Gao( Xuexun Gao), always owe employee’s salary, I talk with her for multiple times about pay on time, but she always said “ God bless you, could you please forgive her “, I just wondering if she knows Canadian Labour Code” . Worst the flower shop ever.
