Same experience as most others here - ordered a sympathies arrangement for next day delivery that still hasn’t been delivered 3 days later. When you call, there is no answer, leave a message no return call. I finally got through to a staff and all she kept saying was Sally the owner isn't in. I will call you later when she arrives. I had to follow up, finally Sally answered. I told her what I thought of her service and told her to refund my credit card ASAP. She did 2 days later. I used them once before and the flowers looked like they fell off a truck. Plenty of other florists out there that care, move one and smell the roses elsewhere

Ordered flowers online for mother's Day, 10 days before the date. Everything seemed fine and the flowers looked like they would be good. I asked my dad to keep my mom at home so they wouldn't miss the delivery. And it never arrived. Went in to the store the next day in the late afternoon and they still didn't have any flowers ready. Very poor service. Buyer beware! You pay alot and the service is really bad. Still waiting on the flowers...

This place is a joke! Ordered flowers for my mother in law for mothers day, the order still hasn't shown up. I paid extra to get a rush on the delivery. I have been calling since mothers day and no answer so I got a family member to go there as I don't live close and the owner wasn't even in! The lady working said this isn't the first complaint she's heard this week! So now I'm out $80.00. Hopefully I will get a refund. For someone to do this to people is disgusting and so low especially during these rough times! Do not order from this place!!!

Do not order from here, this is a scam. They just take your money and don’t deliver your flowers. When you go to the address stated.. it’s just a random grocery store and the owner claims that he doesn’t know anything and brushes you off. This is a fake site! Do not waste your time and money.

Buyer beware! Do not order from this place!! I ordered a Mother’s Day Bouquet online for my Mother who lives in Burnaby BC. I made the order day flexible as 1-COVID 19 lockdown and 2- I knew my mother would be home regardless. I was very excited for her to receive her surprise as it was much needed especially under the lockdown circumstances. I gave it a few days even after Mother’s Day to follow up and ask how she liked her floral surprise. To my disappointment- she did not receive them. I never got a follow up phone call or email confirming the delivery or failure to deliver. Nothing. Until now. After disputing the charge with my CC, I have received an email from the owner , Sally Gao today 6/12 stating that we indeed received the flowers and she will deny the claim- but here is a $20 coupon. Oh really?? Well first of all , I would never order from this dishonest place again and secondly, I really wished my Mother did receive the Mother’s Day flowers. I’m very sad that during these times when supporting local small businesses is the right thing to do, this one really disappointed me. STAY AWAY!
