Ed D. from this location is AMAZING. He really went over and above what he needed to do on a recent transaction. Didn't want to take my money until HE knew the order had come in exactly as I needed it to (custom window) and provided me with CONSTANT text updates on the status of it. The price was better than ALL of the "competition" around - who couldn't promise the right product and wanted 50% deposit up front anyway. I'll be bringing my business back to Ed and ensuring I tell as many people as I can about the outstanding service I received. Thanks Ed!
Kelly went above and beyond helping me with an issue with my kitchen taps.
He not only provided exceptional customer service in recognizing that the cartridge was under lifetime warranty so he could give me a new one at no cost, but he also installed the new cartridge. I have relied on Haney Builders for solutions and solid advice since 1994 when I built my home here in Maple Ridge.

Had what I needed, blue Christmas lights that is. Normal go to for building needs. Great freindly staff.
I just had a very poor experience at this place. I brought in a drywall piece with paint sample to try to match it. I relied on her expertise to determine flat, eggshell etc and to match the colour. When I was unhappy with her first attempt, she mentioned that she "was not going to keep doing this". This was her first attempt and if it was wrong it was going to be the difference of 30 minutes of work or 3 days redoing it. The manager refunded my purchase but I will not be going back to Haney building supplies for paint any time soon.
