Never again!!! This morrrron made more then 7 mistake on my wife's report she put the wrong date of birth the wrong address she spelled her name wrong she put the wrong dates on absence from canada she screwed everything up here 6 months after still having problems with canada child benefits!!!! Don't go there if you don't want problems that you going to have a hell of a hard time to fix the worst place to do you taxes and in top of that they won't returne youre calls to fix thing up the worst ever
If I could give negative 5 star I would they say on their website satisfaction guaranteed or they pay but they did nothing but waste my time and cost me money and I still need to do my taxes another place ... Thank-you h&r block never again and for anyone else save yourself the hassle and go some place else
Terrible experience for are reputed company. Very difficult to get an appointment outside outside the time of income tax. I wanted them to verify my last 3 years of income tax to check if there was not some errors there since someone else did it but the woman didn't seem to care much... bottom line, I never had the chance to give them verified and I have been tuned to be honest after three attempts to try to get an appointment... I went somewhere else this year!
No place on the voicemail to leave a message ... in addition to being evaluated with not even 2 stars, not very encouraging to become an expensive customer them
Services on the phone are worth nothing, I called 3 times I was hung up on the 3 times, people are charms and it's nothing if you choose to wait instead of making a direct withdrawal they are not talkable if you talk no money
