Everything is beautiful on arrival, the staff is nice and everything. That tells us there will be no problems. Simple files (no RRSP, nothing ... just T1-T4 for me and spouse. That's it). I arrive to retrieve my declarations and the oops the price has to increase, well ok no big deal ... and there the lady announces the amounts due (> $ 4000) out loud in front of her colleagues who turn to me smiling (mocking ?) ... saying "that's a lot" ... No advice or explanations given. We pay and bye bye. Ah yes the taxes were sent a day too late because a signature was missing. Not notified by phone or internet. The mails are not answered in short really bad service bad. Next year it will be without me and my wife. I went there on the advice of several friends. Glad they decide to follow me too.

My wife chose this office after our move so that we could do our taxes closer to home. Year 1: additional surprise contributions not at all a reflection of the summary. Which had never happened to us before. Year 2: we had to call 3 times and send an email (remained unanswered) to find out why our declarations had still not been sent 3 weeks after we went to pay and collect them… only to be told 2 days before the deadline that a signature was missing. Very disappointed, no confidence. Unfortunately, next year we will be going somewhere else.

The Blainville tax team has been doing my personal taxes for over 10 years and never had any errors. They are very meticulous in their work and take the time to ask the right questions and I always have good results with them. Since the change of owner 5 years ago, the service has been even better, suitable for everyone. It is not an accounting office like the others. Thank you to the whole team and see you next year.
