Amyot Gélinas offers a multidisciplinary accounting service to small and medium-sized businesses. My firm has been a client for several years and we are completely satisfied with their services. Mr. Amyot takes care of our file with diligence and professionalism.
Very disappointed with my experience with this company. The employees appear to be very competent; That's not the problem. It's just that at the price we charge (in my case, we are talking about 6x the price compared to other companies) I expected a much more professional service.
I had to wait two months before my case was finally settled (and we are talking about a very simple case). The person who was in charge of my taxes left without warning me, and I was the one who had to take the steps to get my file forward. The company never tried to reach me for a follow up. Unfortunately, the final bill does not reflect this fiasco at all. I spoke to the responsible person who just said they could have charged me even more.
In short, very dissatisfied; I do not recommend this company at all.
Decided to work with whom they like! I am in dire need of taxation I wait a week to have an appointment to finally wait another week to be told that we do not want to work with me for a so-called conflict of interest! But the real story is that one of the associates did not seem inclined to work, he found that he had too much job! In short, do not waste your time
