The occupational therapist had a bar installed for my husband to help him get up this company was supposed to come and screw the bar to the ceiling they gave us an appointment they never came to do the installation I had to ask go to their store on Chemin Larocque the installer gave us another appointment for August 17 at 8:00 a.m. he didn't come he never called us to tell us he couldn't come I must notify the CLSC.
Very bad service. Maybe in-store service is better than in-home service. For me they do not have respect for customers for some of their employees.

I received excellent service at both points of service (vaudreuil and valleyfield). I was well advised on the products that my mother who was coming out of the hospital might need after her back surgery. And the after service was impeccable.
