Poor service. Ms. Lemieux is unable to remember the note in my file so there is no action, the note is thrown in the trash. And we tell her that my spouse and I only lived together for one month in 2019, despite that she put us together in fact, which considerably changes my balance. It was the first and last time I had my taxes done there. In addition, it costs too much.

The worst accountants !! No follow-up with the client !!! They just want to fill out the paperwork, but really don't push to maximize credit. One of the secretary even told me that it was up to the government to find out about my credit not to them !! It was even me who had to inform them that they had forgotten a credit that could apply to my situation, and I was answered if you know that much, do them all by yourself! And it asks more expensive than others then I expected better nonnnn I had to pay twice to remake my taxes while the first version was filled all crooked and I had to do my taxes myself government aid! Bravo Bravo !!! To say that I was not paying anything to do it with a loved one and that I had been convinced that it would be better this year for my major renovations to consult to maximize my taxes. A serious grave error !!!
