Me it's been 2 years that I have done my taxes at this place ... I am satisfied with the service the man at the reception very cordial ... and my taxes are done in 1 week.

Unpleasant experience. Do not go there ... Drive more to obtain a minimally acceptable service. Very long call return when there is a call return. There was a request for verification by the government during the year, I tried to communicate with them and I never received a return call ...

Ordinary service, in no way personalized, and my tax report was done too basic! Not happy

I hated my experience there, my partner hated his experience there ... my opinion is long but worth reading. 1- A woman takes care of the taxes and a man of the reception and the reception of the customers. The man is stupid, arrogant and impolite. The woman is not better. When you ask them questions, they answer you as if you were a bunch of *% &? $ &%. 2-Me and my spouse had to bring some paper for my spouse's taxes. And hang up. 3- Today is April 23, the deadline to send our taxes is fast approaching. I had not heard anything so I called them. As I expected, a silly look was waiting for me on the other end of the line, to make me say that it was not done yet and that he was waiting for my husband's paper. I then said that I had to call to say let this damn paper do. He did not even know what to say to me ... THEY HAVE NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM .... 4- Their office is tiny and the man who greets you to sit down to take your personal info at the reception! ..... next to all the other people waiting .... HELLO PERSONAL info!? Personally, giving my social insurance number next to people I do not know I do not like it. 5- I do not find that their way of doing things, instalations is professional. And the man does not know anything about taxes, he even ask me questions about a form ... TO ME .... & ??% $ &% $ &&% $ * I WILL DO MY TAXES AT HOME PARQUEQUE I AM NOT IN THE COURIER. I do not recommend this place. The lack of professionalism, privacy, warmth and communication make this place unpleasant.
