Extremely poor service, paid my ticket online in October, only to receive a letter later on saying I had not made a payment. Tried showing proof of the email with confirmation, they want absolutely nothing to know about that. Only option? to pay it twice, great job Beloeil, great job. Wouldn't even give 1 star, unfortunately not possible

It is atrocious how they are non-competent, I am disappointed with their more than mediocre organization. A radical change in the way you receive, guide and manage issues. Thank you goodbye.

Not sure if they deserve a star, I paid a ticket twice and it is still considered unpaid, don't answer calls 90% of the time, very slow return calls.

A pretty little suburban town. She calls herself a satellite of the big city but it's still quite quiet as a place. However, the city's latest decisions are focused on the future with long-term plans.
