I’m a longtime client of BCSUN. This accounting firm uses professional knowledge to provide accounting services, as well as being up to date with new tax legislation. Prior to finding BCSUN & Associates, I had a terrible experience with a previous accountant who provided me misinformation and unprofessional service. I called around and found that the receptionist was honest if they were able to help me or not. From there, I arrived and was warmly greeted and treated with respect the moment I walked in. Sunny, who was more than just professional, she was also personable and provided me superb insight into my concerns with my life decisions. I felt completely confident in the information she provided me and even provided a photocopy of reference for my own understanding. I learned that BCSUN is willing to serve a new customer. Sunny did professionally answered my questions through email after we paid 200 CAD for consulting. However, it is disappointing.After replying her email to ask some easy follow-up questions, I have not got any reply from her for a few days. Maybe she has been busy. Let me give her service 2 out of 5 stars at this moment. After receiving her reply, I will change the review.

TOP NOTCH organization on every level. Taxation and accounting submissions are completed in a fast and efficient manner every time. The personnel are very knowledgeable, professional, organized and thorough. They are experts in their field and excellent communicators - answers to questions by phone or in person are handled in a calm and very professional manner; emails are answered very quickly. An EXCELLENT company - I highly recommend their services.
