I learned that BCSUN is willing to serve a new customer. Sunny did professionally answered my questions through email after we paid 200 CAD for consulting. However, it is disappointing.After replying her email to ask some easy follow-up questions, I have not got any reply from her for a few days. Maybe she has been busy. Let me give her service 2 out of 5 stars at this moment. After receiving her reply, I will change the review.

The personnel are very knowledgeable, professional, organized and thorough. They are experts in their field and excellent communicators - answers to questions by phone or in person are handled in a calm and very professional manner;  emails are answered very quickly.
