Awesome experience!

How much maple syrup is it possible to eat in a single meal? The answer is "a lot", and with every course... maple syrup is a main ingredient in many of the dishes, and you still add more, even putting it to your drinking water. But it was truly delicious, ad with great entertainment throughout the meal as well.

Sugaring off in September, what an experience 🍁 The food was delicious:a bottomless bowl of pea soup, homemade bread, bacon, ham, egg souffle and more! Oh, I couldn't forget about their sugar pie and endless supply of maple syrup!🥧 Not to mention the lovely atmosphere! We had the choice of dining inside or outside but who wouldn't choose outside with their beautiful patio and fairy lights, it looks like something you'd only see in the movies!!! The staff were so kind and friendly, definitely going to visit again!!

As a non Canadian, I've been looking for an authentic sugar shack to visit outside of winter months, and this one did not disappoint. The summer menu does not have the authentic meals you would expect, but other than that everything else was incredibly fun to do. Many family members from the sucrerie itself chatted with us for a while, including the owner. We tried everything we could sink our teeth into, from food to drinks and it was pretty good. We even got a mini tour to see how the syrup is made. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. Support a local business. This place had most of its revenue from this season cut because of Covid restrictions and lockdown during their prime time. Help keep a true Québécois institution by visiting and spreading the love around.

Amazing spot; surrounded by beautiful nature and trees. We passed by here by coincidence during our hike; the owners were very welcoming, and even let us used their washroom. We came another day for the scenery and the caban à sucre meal. Hot pea soup, most amazing country bread, the meat pie was my favorite, and yummy meatballs, omelettes, and amazing dessert with maple syrup and hot coffee. Beautiful outdoor dining area. A lovely treat!
