After sales service disappointing. I bought a pair of stockings $ 95, 2 holes in the heel the first day of use. Office work with usual shoes, I use the basics of the same kind for 2 years without problem, it is obvious that there is a manufacturing defect. JB Lab did not offer me to replace the product. I was told they could not do anything. I checked with Medicus which assures me that they replace the product in such situations.
