TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, this is not the first time having bad experience with this bakery. I went there because my kids, but you know what , no matter how good your bread is, you guys definitely lose my business, staff there just don't realize there are so many competitors around you. I was asked what I need, ( its in the early morning and the bread was freshly made, staff are packing and about to take the bread out). I wasn't even able to see what you have, so just picked some stuff, after paid by wechat, the staff turned around back to packing and not even gave me a receipt. Nowadays, customer service is also important for the shopping experience. WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! With the owner's promptly response, this is not acceptable. If the store is not open, you shouldn't turn the LED open sign on. If the store is not ready, you should stop the customer coming in. Doing a favor? I don't feel it was a favor. By the way, I asked twice how much is it in total, the lady didn't respond and gave me the attitude. One customer is not the most customers, shouldn't you ask every single one? I need to ask? Or I should ask BBB if the receipt is mandatory for every single transaction. Store definitely needs a better management team.

I'm a repeat customer and work in the neighborhood, I come for the cakes. The cakes are pretty good. One star taken away because the lady rolled her eyes at me when I told her I was still looking. It's kind of rude to see that as the customer when she could ask me questions instead or sell a cake to me or just be more friendly. I got the mango pomelo coconut mousse cake a few days ago.

They have very good cakes there. Ordered a fresh fruit mango cake for 13 people and got a few compliments. The “cake” layer is definitely one of the better ones compared to other bakeries.

Cakes and buns generally good quality which is why I still go sometimes. Price is a bit high compared to similar bakeries ($50 for 8 inch mango is a bit too much). Owner's wife Margaret is always super nice. However, some staff members are quite fake. When Margaret is around they are not bad. When she is not there, the attitude is not friendly at all. Also, check the bill. Sometimes they calculate prices in their head and may overcharge you.

Love their buns. A lot of variety. Always fresh♥️
