Most of their cakes are yummy. Sweetness of cakes are fine and they have different kind of creamy cakes too.

A couple new servers made the overall service worse than before. They would recalculate the price rather than remind that if you buy one more bread you get 30% off overall.

Smaller than the other stores but still have the favourites

Staff is terrible. Never coming back ,the worst customer service ever.

Ordered a cake on Friday afternoon - should have received a discount as the posters in store mentioned discount from wed to Friday's. However, when I picked up the cake the staff gave me no discount, and told me the cake is a day old.... No explanations on why that was. Really need to reflect on service attitude and delivery. Cake was not even good... Day old cake was soggy and wet. :(
