The double baked croissants are a work of art on its own. You can tell a lot of thought and care went in when making them. They are super flaky. The flavours are balanced and not overly sweet. Reheat instructions are included to taste like they were fresh out of the oven. The Ube is a must try. The purple yam flavour is spot on.

I love croissants, but not just any kind. I can be quite particular, almost picky when it comes to them. I often get asked where I would recommend getting the best croissants and Elmo Baking Co is always a top suggestion! During the time of Covid, their website is easy to order and pick up is a breeze. My favourites are the Ube, Ham & Cheese, and PB & J. Also, not only do their croissants TASTE great, but they LOOK beautiful too! (Side note: the Chicago Mix cookie is also worth trying!!)

The prettiest croissants i've ever seen! (Have you seen their insta?!) The croissants look exactly how they are pictured, and they taste incredible. I've only been able to try the PB&J & ube & I would definitely have them again. They have a good crunch, nice flaky layers & the filling is not overly sweet. Glad they have a few locations for their pop-ups so that they're easily accessible. The only thing to be aware of is they have limited amounts per location (I was only able to order 1PB&J at the NW pickup. Can't wait to try all the other flavors, thank you Elmo! 😊

Elmo provides the best pastries in Vancouver. Not just their pastries are delicious but also very creative. Their double baked croissants are buttery yet not oily and the beautiful layers formed can be seen inside. And they are HUGE compared to regular croissants. The sesame croissant is filled with A LOT of sesame paste but still not too sweet and won’t overpower the flavour of the croissant. Their chocolate chip scookie is like a perfect combination of cookie and scone. Reminds me of the famous levain bakery in New York🤤

Elmo is a guaranteed hit for all your baking desires. Their flavors are well balanced and portions are generous! I'm usually not always a fan of pastry on its own but I couldn't stop eating the corners of the tartlets. I highly recommend giving their Ca Phe and Ube double baked croissants a try....their seasonal Stollen was a hit (if you like cinnamon and almonds), and their savoury tartlets are delicious! Place an order...you won't be disappointed!
