The check out lines are confusing. Better signs are needed.

* The store is pretty large, but there is nothing to buy there. The whole range of goods is presented by a few large companies like Coca-Cola as well as own low-quality brands such as PC. * The prices are very high. One-dollar sparkling water from Walmart costs $1.49 here. Feel the difference. * If you need a cart, you must have dollar coins. If you use credit cards and don't have cash, forget about a cart. * Their grocery bags are useless. You can put nothing, otherwise will be broken. Just check it out - I had to leave my groceries on the streets just because 3 of 4 my bags have been completely broken. I wouldn't say there was something heavy in them. If the company saves money (pennies) on basic customers' needs, we should probably choose another company. Because the only good thing in Canadian Super Store is the word Canadian in its name and nothing else.

Shopping carts are left at the return area and customers have to pick them up themselves. This means, of course, that the handles have not been wiped down prior to you touching them. And if you do want sanitizing wipes, you have to get them indoors and make your way back to the carts. Word to the wise: bring your own wipes.
