Richmond Funeral Home staff is more than staff....they ARE family! From Christa to Jared to Terry to Erin and Erin to Larry. They took the time to listen and accommodate my wishes. Both of my parents passed away in 2020, 11 weeks apart. My funeral advisor both times, Christa, treated each service as unique and personalized to match my requests. There is no cookie cutter approach here. I feel so good about both Mom and Dad's send off as they were very special. Thank you for all your support when I needed it so much.

My Mom lived until 102 years old. She prepared her funeral 40 years ago, in a different city, and with a different funeral home. She was grandfathered into this one. I know this couldn't have been an easy contract to fulfill. So much had changed, but Christa made it so so so easy for me. She's kind, engaging, efficient and flexible. She was reassuring and warm. I'm so very grateful. If I could give more stars I would.

Larry went over and above to accommodate our family. I can’t say enough about how he went out of his way to ensure everything went well for all aspects of our loss and funeral. His commitment was unparalleled. Erin was also very engaged with us and we really appreciated her presence. A fantastic team that supported us all the way. Thanks again Larry and Erin!

Absolutely incredible staff. Caring, compassionate, honest and so helpful. They really went over and above anything I expected or could ask for. Christa, Victoria and all the staff made a very difficult painful experience a lot easier to deal with. I felt they treated me as they would their own family.

Due to my mother's tragic death, we used this funeral home for her service. Since the very 1st phone call to the cremation, The customer service was fantastic. Victoria was the funeral director that was helping our family. Any question or concerns that we had, she found a way to figure it out or help us. Everything went smoothly. The service was fantastic. would recommend this funeral home if you ever need their service.
