TCE STONE

Don’t expect any costumer service here. Disrespectful and not helpful associates. You can just walk into the warehouse to look for the stone you want for your cutter/contractor. They simply don’t care about you. They won’t come out to answer any questions or help you with anything.

The customer service had room for improvement... I went there to look at samples, and no one really wanted to help me. Some nice looking countertops, but I think I’ll go somewhere else that has a friendlier attitude.

I chose a quartz top from Ideal Tile and it came from TCE. Product was installed perfectly, no issues there. Shortly after I noticed abnormal staining on my counter. Stains out of thin air that do not remove no matter what. My kitchen countertops are essentially unusable. If any food is spilled, the stain is set, no removing. You can imagine frustration over spending the money for what you hope would be a nice kitchen. What is the issue? TCE will offer 2 slabs to replace, however they refuse to pay to have the existing countertops removed, the new ones cut and installed. Basically they want to give slabs but refuse to pay for the labor required to replace the existing countertops. There would not have to be any need for a removal, or replacement, if they had provided an adequate countertop to begin with. It has been over 1.5 years since this started and TCE still refuses to take accountability. Buyer beware- make sure if there is anything wrong with your counters you can expect to pay out of pocket again to replace them.

BAD! Picked it due to good pricing, local dealer/installer and we liked the pattern better than a Silestone (which we could have got for same price). Installation was a bit of a disaster as well but worst is that finish didnt seem right from start, seemed a bit dull and not really smooth, swirls in finish, then started staining immediately (its white counter). Contacted installer right away, was able to clean some marks off but continues to stain , splotches, cup rings etc... Installer wont answer anymore. Tried calling TCE, no one can really speak english, kept telling me to go to my "engineer", I assume that means my installer, who is no help. Company advertises 30year warranty and installer says there is no warranty??! Said TCE will not do anythign for him to replace it or others he has dealt with. Wife is furious, tops arent even a year old. Looks like small claims court is our only recourse right now.

They refused to allow me to drop off my 93 year old mother with her walker near the front door. When I pulled up, we were yelled at and even when I explained that I was dropping her off, and showed him the walker, he continued to yell and tell me to go to the parking lot about 500 feet away. That is way too far for my mom to walk so we left. We are not going to shop at a store that treats people so badly.
