I should’ve given Westlock Ford 2016 a better review. A 5 out of 5 would be a more accurate review. All departments gave me excellent service. I couldn’t ask for better. 👍

Took my beloved Jag to these guys for a transmission service because it has a Ford transmission in it and a bit of a procedure. They did a great job, car shifts much nicer. Great guys to do biz with. Thanks fellas.

We went to Westlock Ford after speaking with Braden on the phone about a 2020 Ford Ranger they had on their lot. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and had it all ready for us to take a test drive. After a short, pleasant, informative and above all not at all pushy conversation with him we decided that this would be a good purchase for us. Thanks to Braden, Kelly (the Sales Manager) and Charlene (Finance) we left there very satisfied. The whole experience was enjoyable and comfortable.

Service at Westlock Ford is top shelf. The front end staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to look after all the details. Last visit they realigned my tailgate at no extra charge. High quality with the small town touch.

Scheduled an oil change for our Ford F150 truck. Very satisfied with the work and customer service at the Service Department. Completed an inspection of the vehicle, including brakes. Great experience. Owner Paul O. and sales staff acknowledged me when I walked into the Dealership.
