I have repeatedly called this company in various jams for a ride. Generally when it's cold and they're likely already busy, but their dispatchers are SO friendly and empathetic, and the drivers have ALL been cheerful and quick to arrive. I know my way around the city and I've never
been taken "the long way" either. So feel free to trust them 🙂
Great drivers but app and online issues are problematic... have sent a password reset to my email and am waiting for weeks for that reset
I took a cab to the Edmonton inn.he didn't even put the metor on. So o he makes me pay 30 bucks.like it wasn't my fault He didn't put it on.
The service was great. I booked online. My original taxi driver was going to be late, so they fast-tracked a cab over to pick me up. The driver was friendly and made me feel safe.
UPDATE....THEY REPILED TO THIS POST. AS YOU CAN SEE BELOW. SO I EMAILED THEM USING THE INFO THEY PROVIDED BELOW. ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED PHONES CALLS OR EMAILS. One of their drivers claims he hit our truck, which was parked in the parking lane. We were out of the truck putting money into the meter. The cab driver magically had someone else from the company delivering behind him that yelled I saw everything I'll go write up the report and spends off. So we got blamed for damage to his can even though there was not a single mark on our truck. Smooth scam guys. Still waiting for your company to return my many calls I left since March.
