Staff are professional, yard is safe, but safety has been taken to an extreme where it's actually counterproductive- takes much longer than some yards, you can't be close enough to your trailer to effectively guide the loading procedure, they're not allowed to use your pipe bunks as they're designed to be used, I always end up with taller loads because they can't put as many jts on each tier- can't touch the bunks, pipe is never collared properly, little wooden chock blocks on both sides of each tier are considered more secure than engineered steel pipe bunks. That being said, the people are friendly and helpful, and it is a safety-first environment.

Longest wait time to get loaded ... EVER 3 hours

Load time was 11 still havent started at 1230 , no one is friendly. Kind of like a concentration camp.
