Service is great in the hotel. They are obviously shorter on staff than typical, due to Covid. The rooms are nice, the shower is probably the best shower I've been in, want to buy it now. Overall the hotel is tastefully decorated with Alberta/ local art and furniture. Really nice. Service was great.

We had the pleasure of staying here at JW Marriott from Oct 13th till Oct 31st and my partner and I have been so impressed with our overall stay and can not recommend it enough. Ever since checking in, the front staff such as Kyle and the rest of the team have been so gracious, accommodating, friendly, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond our needs. Even the door staff/valet always check on us to see if we need assistance and are always so friendly. The hotel is so clean and comfortable and the linens are amazing! Thank you housekeeping staff for always doing such an amazing job! I got to try the Spa here and had the best brow waxing experience by Irina! I felt so relaxed as they offered tea and light snacks for my service and very pleased with the waxing result. I also got a prenatal massage with Arnel and it was so relaxing that I caught myself sleeping in and out of the session - thank goodness for their spa promotion. My partner enjoyed the gym and was impressed with their modern equipment and huge layout. We're so sad to leave but we thank you all for such an amazing and unforgettable stay!

Perfect place to stay! Jessica in the front desk was really nice, welcoming and professional. Corner room with very nice view of the downtown area. Breakfast was very delicious, server Isabel was very attentive. Swimming pool was closed for renovation.

The hotel's beach is small, but the water is some of the clearest I've ever seen! It was almost like snorkeling in an aquarium. We saw beautiful blue starfish and a wide variety of tropical fish. The show at the hotel was excellent.
