I use Danielle for personal taxes and for my sole proprietorship. Her and her team helped me through my set up including registering my GST account with CRA. They provided me cheat sheets and how-to guides to help me identify what I need to keep for receipts and educated me on what I can write off. I love their approach to education. Other firms have talked down to me because of the nature of my business but her and her team are always positive and encouraging and make me feel secure knowing my finances are in good hands. I cannot say thanks enough! If you're looking for a new accountant, this team is the way to go!

I've been dealing with Danielle and her team for over 4 years. Despite the complications and extra work due to COVID they have continuously worked hard for me and my business. I had several tax returns prepared by Katy in December. It took almost two months but it finally got done. However, the government took many months to process them and I was to contact her when we got the first notice of re-assessment. So I did. My voicemail was not returned. I sent an email to Katy. Again, nothing in response. So upon reading reviews and Danielle's replies I thought I'd sent her an email. Again, no response. Their voicemail inbox is full. Probably from customers like me who are not getting any results from trying to contact SOMEONE from this office. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt due to the pandemic but really?? There is quite a discrepancy from what Katy said we would owe the government to what the CRA is saying we owe and I would like a review and an explanation or at least some assistance with this! Yet, no-one seems to want to return my attempts at contact with this company. If there is someone checking these reviews from Danielle's services please contact me as I would appreciate a call or email back at the very least. It's bad business to leave your customers hanging. Word of mouth is a powerful business strategy and so are reviews so I would think it would be in a business's best interest to follow up with customers!! Very very frustrated and will move on to another accounting office with a bad taste in my mouth from this experience.

If anyone is bored and needs something to read, you should go read Danielle SOS' google reviews and see how she responds to them. It is funny to see a business owner degrade so poorly to have to attack every client for writing a 1 start review rather than come up with a solution to fix it. From what I have seen, Danielle is just a keyboard warrior which makes it more amusing.

I've referred everyone and anyone who's looking to get their taxes done to see Danielle and her team. They are nothing but simply amazing. As soon as you walk in your greeted by the front staff who are also amaing and pleasant to work with.
