We can't say enough about Jessica and her team at Givens. My husband and I have been clients for several years and have no plans of going anywhere. Their professionalism, attention to detail and ability to problem solve are amazing. They make you feel like you are their only client. Phone calls and emails are returned promptly. We no longer dread the tax season as we know we are in good hands.

We engaged Givens LLP at the master franchisee level about a year ago. Working with Jessica Harquail, we have found that their willingness to ensure that they provide us with all the information and support that we needed this past year has been amazing. The entire team has stepped up and proven themselves repeatedly which reassures us that they were the best choice to take care of our Western Canadian accounting needs.

RIP OFF ARTISTS They did help me with A situation I had .However it was their mistake to begin with then back charged me for their mistake. Just did not seem reasonable to me. In response to youre (typical politically correct Comment below), perhaps the best course of action would be for your business to follow up on the situation.... provide proper customer service. Instead of replying with generic banter. Not surprising at all.
