Bought a 2020 f-150 king ranch. I show up there unexpected around 8pm. Team was very quick to let me test drive even this late. The truck I wanted was not on the property, they made sure it was there the next day ready for me to have a look at it. They already had reserved it for me. Truck was a demo at the time. They added a few other things on it free of charge because it had become a demo and website was not updated. They gave me an extra discount on it on top of that. Truck was not ready for me to leave with it, it had to be cleaned. Mike, my salesman, took the time to clean it himself and made it ready to go for me while I was in financing finalizing paper work. I was able to leave with the truck. I am very pleased with everything they did for me. I can say that for once, I feel like I haven’t been played by a dealership with buying a vehicle.

Thank you to the Heartland Ford team! I recently had my car in for a repair and was so impressed by the service start to finish. I was able to have my car picked up from my home (which, as a new mom, was appreciated!) And the team kept in contact with me via text about what was being done, the time line and the prices so there were so surprises. Highly reccomended!
