CBA Electrical & Security Systems Ltd.

Alarm rang for 1 second. They called my home phone and asked for a passcode set multiple years ago, so I couldn't remember. They called my cell, and I gave them the exact same answers. Asked them what else I could do to prove my identify besides cross referencing my home and cell phone. Police was dispatched, wasted about half an hour of my time... The person on the phone was also quite rude. Their controls and processes are more adequate for they year 2000, not 2020.
