Super 8 by Wyndham Three Hills AB

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. The rooms are always very clean and well kept. The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful. They helped us get extra pillows and blankets so my little ones were comfy. They have a large dvd list you can get free movies from and the free breakfast is always very good. My kids loved the pool and the waterslide. We will always stay at this hotel when we're in three hills. Thank you again for another great stay!

The service was great and friendly, providing me and my family a great experience while staying there. The free movie rental service was also unique, and added to a good experience. However, the hotel ended up accidentally charging us 6 times. While service remained friendly, it was a hassle to try and get our money back. 2/5

I called a head of time and asked if they provide lan cables for internet or else I would have brought my own they ensured me they had some when i arrived and was vary disappointed they only had one cord and it was broken 💔

My kids and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights this month. Service was outstanding, room was clean, and continental breakfast was great. My kids highly recommend the omelette. Decor is a little dated but service makes the stay worth it!

BUGS!!! There are nasty bugs in the rooms. The desk lady says it is just some kind of beetle, not a bug. Upon 15 mins of actually being in our room we found FIVE bugs. And the people in the room next to us said they found multiple bugs also. GROSS. If there are bugs then something needs to be done about them. Nasty. Not to mention that the pool was cold and when I called to find out if the pool had any covid protocol they failed to mention that. Also there was a pee stain on the chair in the room and there was dirt along the wall. Just a gross place to stay all around. Don't waste your money.
