Not responsive at all to multiple emails, calls or texts when we had already agreed on Rachelle doing taxes to close out my dad's estate. Literally no response, even saying she was busy or needed time - this has gone on for many months. I even called the office to make sure she still worked there and was around, and the receptionist confirmed, and that she may "just be busy". Living in BC (and trying to do the estate duties from here), and continually following up so I can close this and move forward while also grieving is so disappointing.

Great services, highly recommend. Can't thank the team enough for their bookkeeping and filing services. We seem to always be in a time crunch and they've always helped us get back on track and get everything in on time. Thanks Laura & Amanda.
