We had a TERRIBLE experience with BDO Red Deer for the performance of our 2019 taxes. Their team somehow managed to mix up our receipts with those from another one of their clients and then they had the audacity to be rude to us about their mistake on several occasions. In addition, we really had to press them for information about the status of the situation as they seemed to be avoiding any responsibility or follow up. Their team made no attempt to rectify the situation for us whatsoever and made it clear that they are not at all concerned with the accuracy of their work or the quality of their customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars based on our overwhelmingly negative experience; and I would never, ever recommend their services to others.

Going through financial struggles are embarrassing, and it is hard to reach out for help. BDO has been nothing but compassionate, and respectful through this entire process. Thanks to Shanna for guiding me through this and ensuring I understood each step taken, and what to expect in the future.

When I needed help I went and met with Tami Rogers and she is AMAZING & friendly. I went to another place before i met with her and the people just made me feel uncomfortable. She could answer all my questions...and put my mind at ease. She knows her stuff! She was very supportive at this time in my life. I would encourage anyone to talk with her.
