Very polite an helpful paid some back taxes got a recite an on my way

Unprofessional, foul tempered, and refused to give me my refund immediately as he wasn't sure it was correct??? why did I pay for service that wasn't even correct - I could have done it online for free and would have been just as sure of the correctness if he was just going to rely on CRA to do it properly. HUGE waste of TIME and MONEY. NEVER AGAIN
