Lacombe Vision Centre

I had a wonderful experience during my full eye exam last week at Lacombe Vision Centre. The facility was immaculately clean with a wide range of choices in glasses, and personable staff who were ready and able to help me choose some new specs. My appointment started positively as the lovely English lady covering the front desk escorted me to the initial testing room and collected all preliminary information with a kind and positive tone. The eye exam itself was with Dr. H, who was soft spoken and meticulously thorough. Overall a great experience... a place were I will definitely go back, and will book my two year old son's very first appointment, as I am confident that the friendly staff will take good care of him!

The doctors are good, but the other staff are very rude and short. i was interrupted on the phone and put on hold without warning. if you want friendly staff, go elsewhere!

I had been going to Lacombe Vision since I started wearing glasses, the next couple of visits I found the staff very rude and short with me. When I had my appointment booked this time they could not find all of my information in my file and told me I need to contact my insurance company because they couldn't. I told them thats why I go there so i dont have to re-do all my information. Not a pleasant experience for me or my wife. I would suggest going elsewhere if you like being treated with some respect and not paying through the nose for glasses and waiting 3 weeks to get them. Overpriced and very rude unknowledgeable staff. I have since booked elsewhere and am very happy with the price and the service. Overpriced and rude

The staff is professional and very helpful. Dr. Heimdahl takes his time to explain everything and answer quesions I have as well.

Dr.zobel is professional and kind. He treated myself and my children with warmth and knowledge.
