HORRIBLE, COMPLETELY RUINED MY Michael Kors JACKET!! You can see all the colour stains on the picture. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAGIN!! I tried to communicate with the lady about my ruined jacket, she just insisted me to leave, and not come back again. Very Poor attitude!!!

I took a T-shirt here to be altered. It was a very simple alteration where I needed the shirt cropped with an elastic band at the waist. The shirt was in perfect condition when I dropped it off, and when I came to pick it up it looked terrible. Not only was the alteration job sloppy and awful, but there were multiple small holes and tears all over the front and back. I now have a completely unwearable shirt and I am surprised that they even wanted me to pay for it upon pick up (I didn’t). They are great at dry cleaning, but horrible at alterations and tailoring.

Love this dry cleaner. Sophia is a wonderful owner and does a fantastic job on my clothes. I have been coming to this cleaner for over 25 years even after I moved to a different area in Richmond. Well worth the drive. 👍🏻
