Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa

Nothing to complaint about it. We paid a fair price for our stay. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious for two. Hot pool was nice, just a bit hot for me but it was always clean. Front desk personal very helpful and kind. The shuttles for all 3 mountains is at the door, so very convenient.

A good hotel room overall, though a renovation would be beneficial as it is pretty dated. The bathroom was nice, and the hotel's spa style pool is beautiful and relaxing. We did notice that the room was cold, with no way to change the temperature. They also have their shampoo, conditioner, and soap in containers that are attached to the shower that the staff refill, rather than having complimentary bottles to take home. When I went to shower, I found that the refillable shampoo container was completely empty and I wasn't able to wash my hair.

Great hotel! Beds were super comfortable. The shampoo/conditioner stocked in room is from Rocky Mountain Soap Co. and it was lovely! Only fifteen minute walk to town. Though other reviews seem scary, I can confirm our room was kept perfectly cool with the fan. We had a perfect stay!

Staff where very friendly and helpful, restaurant was great with staff going out of the way for you , great service. Room could have been cleaned better, dust on lamps and wall above head board. Would up date there duvet covers, overall I would stay there again.

Truly a four-star hotel. For the price, it is fine. A little outside of the downtown area, so be prepared to walk. Rooms are small, a little dated, but clean. Bathroom was nice. There was a wait list for the spa / pool due to COVID. Put your name on there early! All in all a fine hotel and a good place to stay in Banff. But you definitely get what you pay for.
