Visited the Imagine Wireless kiosk in Banff to upgrade my phone and received great customer service from Parth, the gentleman working there. Not only did he have exceptional customer service skills, his product knowledge was definitely above standard. Thanks again for a great customer experience.

Every time I have had to deal with Banff Rogers over the years it hasn’t been the best experience and so tend to avoid it, however Aled was awesome. From the phone call to when I went in person. Such are pleasant experience.. Friendly and helpful..
