Inns of Banff

This hotel is disgusting! I don't know how they are allowed to rent out rooms. From the minute you walk in the room there is musty moldy smell. Mold on bathroom ceiling, carpet is coming up, furniture is damaged, no fridge in room, and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. I did hear after my stay that they are planning on tearing it down. Don't waste your time contacting the manager because they won't even reply. Save your money and sleep outside in tent on dirt, much cleaner.

Two stars any where else in Alberta. Hotel is outdated. Its like it doesnt have to try because its Banff.. And people will come regardless.
