I was extremely frustrated when my boneheaded neighbor flooded out my unit. Luckily the strata chose to hire Avenue Restorations for the Job. The restoration work was very fast, and the Avenue staff very quick in addressing any concerns I had.

There was a leak in my apt recently and these guys came to repair the damages left behind by the water damage. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from them. Not sure why they got bad reviews in the past, but my experience with them was worth taking the time to rate them 5 stars. Curtis came to do the work and was on time and efficient. The final result was great. He was friendly and courteous.

I like to call on Avenue for all my home restoration needs especially in times of emergency when I need something done fast and done right the first time. Relying on them for over 8 years, they always do good work at fair and reasonable cost. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Avenue Restoration came in right away when we had a leak in our bathroom coming from our neighbor’s shower. They were able to immediately help us resolve our issue. It turned out to be a few things that needed to be restored as a result of the water damage and they did great work. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends in Vancouver.

I've been using Avenue Restoration Services over 10 years. I've always found their staff to be professional and prices very reasonable.
