This company does not actually listen to complaints or take them seriously. I have been waiting well over a month for a refund of $50 which was removed with alacrity from my Visa account, using their online platform, but was never actually added to my laundry card. I phoned and was told to send screenshots in an e-mail. I did. Two weeks later I received a return e-mail asking me to attach the screenshots which I had already sent. I have not heard back once again, after another two weeks. Because I needed money on my laundry card, I used the machine in the laundry room. Boom! Money on my card. DO NOT use their online platform for loading money onto your laundry card, EVER! And if you are so deluded as to think they will actually respond to a request to refund in a timely fashion, be aware that they are likely to drag their heels until you just give up. This business is NOT BBB accredited. "We are not amused."

Been waiting over a month to receive a refund of $10 when their "add value" machine ate my cash without loading my card. When I called customer service they told me "everything was fine" on their end. I asked what to do if my refund got lost in the mail and they told me to go to the post office even though the representative couldn't tell me if there a tracking number or even address it was being sent from to reference. When I told the representative this, she sighed loudly and basically hung up. Can't wait to have in suite laundry one day to avoid this mess.

Terrible customer experience, agent asked me the same questions 3x (probably wasn't paying attention). Technician takes more than 2 days to come and fix a simple issue and the refund of $2.50 is sent by cheque and takes 14 business days. While all that happens I can't dry my clothes because of a simple problem. Incredible level of imcompetence, would not recommend using this company.

Very poor service. We have two washing machines that continually walk away from the wall as they run. The machines are picky about which $1 coins they will or won’t take - we were told to use “older” coins. The washing machines break down every couple of months. The response time is often too slow. The washing machines need constant cleaning and maintenance that the company doesn’t seem to provide and they don’t have a service response for our ongoing problems. I would not recommend this company.

Garbage washing machines. Out of order on a weekly basis. They change the machine and replace them with another garbage one with the same issues...
